Job Objectives
As a Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the operation & maintenance of Electrical Systems & Equipment’s.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Servicing, Maintenance & Operation of power generation systems and other electrical systems/equipment’s at landfill sites
- Corrective, Preventative & Routine maintenance of all the systems & equipment’s at site.
- Fulfill assigned tasks related to maintenance, production, or quality control activities.
- Follow necessary safety protocols and government regulations.
- Assess the working of technical systems and machines to ensure the best possible output.
- Monitoring, taking measurements and auditing existing systems/equipment’s to identify faults or particular areas of improvement and report these to the reporting manager
- Supervision & Training of Junior Technicians
- Compliance and implementation of company environmental protection H&S, and quality assurance procedures with a proactive approach to maintaining, monitoring, reporting and auditing
- Commitment to training self & sub-ordinates to enhance knowledge and skills with regard to environmental protection and emergency preparedness skills
- Any reasonable task required by the management in exercising of its goals
Education: Diploma in Engineering.
Experience: 3 years’ experience in maintenance and service of electrical systems & equipment’s.
Skills: Familiar with computer operations and familiar with Microsoft software such as: Excel, Word, etc., Analytical Skills, Ability to manage cordial relationships
