Job Objectives
The Asst. Human Capital Manager is directly responsible for the overall management of the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Evaluation & Employee Relations Business Functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures. Prepare and maintain employee handbook on policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Manage all the portals related to Human Capital & Payroll function– Qiwa, Mudat, Muqeem, GOSI, Tameen, Ajeer.
- Plan & conduct recruitment for all types of hiring. Design advertisements, work with department managers to screen and interview candidates. Conduct reference checks, prepare job offers, conduct new-employee orientation, monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling & conduct exit interviews.
- Implement and annually update the compensation program, conduct annual salary surveys.
- Monitor the performance evaluation program across the Organizational Business Functions.
- Manage organizational charts, Job Roles and Job Descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Handle employee relations and employee grievances / complaints.
- Manage the Employee Master Data.
- Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related degree.
Experience: 5 years experience in Human Capital Management.
Training & Skills: Familiar with computer operations and familiar with Microsoft software such as: Excel, Word, etc., Analytical Skills, Strong Decision-Making skills and ability to manage staff, Negotiation Skills. Ability to manage cordial relationships with staff.
Language: fluent in speaking/writing English language. Knowledge of speaking/writing Arabic would be an advantage.
